By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy (amarinelliandsons.com/privacy-policy). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about our products and services — including ready-mix concrete, masonry materials (block, brick, stone, sand, cement, and stucco), hardscaping and landscaping supplies, and trucking and delivery services — and allows you to request quotes and contact us. Content on the Site is general information only. It is not a binding offer, and prices, products, and availability may change without notice.

3. Quotes, Orders, and Sales

Submitting a request through the Site does not create an order or contract; a request is confirmed only when we contact you. All sales of materials, concrete, and services are governed by the written quote, order confirmation, delivery ticket, or invoice we provide for that transaction, along with applicable Pennsylvania law. If those documents conflict with these Terms, the transaction-specific documents control for that sale. Prices communicated by text message or on the Site are informational and subject to confirmation at the time of order.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to scrape or copy its content.

5. Information You Submit

You agree that the information you submit through our forms is accurate and that you are authorized to provide the phone number and email address you give us. If you join our Partner Program and check the text messaging consent box, our SMS Terms & Conditions (amarinelliandsons.com/sms-terms) apply and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

This section applies to the Site only and does not limit any warranty we expressly provide in the written documents governing a sale.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). This limitation applies to use of the Site only; liability relating to products we sell or services we perform is addressed in the applicable transaction documents and by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
